  • We do not  have refund policy, we only provide replacement policy
  • Our replacement policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery of product
  • Any replacement request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of product
  • To be eligible for a replacement the item must be unused and in the same condition as received in the original packaging.
  • To complete your replacement we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Replacement

  • Replacements are only available on wrong products.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, an email will be sent  to notify you that we have received your  item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If return is approved, replacement of the same item will be done within 10-12 business days.
